  • How do I get thicker (more) vapor?
    You'll generate optimal vapor if you inhale gently and longer duration. If you noticed a reduced of the amount of vapor, it maybe a sign that your battery is running low on power. Make sure you recharge fully (light on the charger should be green). Also make sure all parts are properly connected to one another. (so that no leaks can be developed). If you overcharge the battery, it may become too hot and may no longer perform optimally. Note: This will not be covered by our guarantee. At last, also make sure the cartridge is not empty.

  • How do I clean my electronic cigarette?
    Proper care will help increased the life of your e-cigarette. You simply clean your e-cigarette by removing the cartridge from the atomizer and by blowing on the battery (from the side of the LED). You will see that the atomizer extract some steam.(This will allow the atomizer to clean itself. Continue to do this for 10 seconds and you'll have yourself a clean and ready to use cigarette. If the atomizer is not functioning properly, there may be too much liquid in it. If that is the case, you should wipe it dry. Also, make sure that no strands stick out.
