If, for any reason, you are not happy with the product simply return it along with your invoice (with USPS tracking confirmation) within 30 days and we'll issue a refund to your credit card. No questions asked.REPLACEMENT/EXCHANGE & RETURNSPlease visit our Customer Service Section for assistance if you are in need of service/replacements or returns.When you contact us, please make certain to provide us with the following information in your email: 1. Your full name and shipping address. 2. Part name you are having difficulty with (i.e. THE Black Kit -Single Atomizer). 3. The originating order# from when you purchased this part. 4. A brief explanation of the existing problem you are having. *Replacement parts generally ship out within 2 business days as long as they are in stock. Exchange & Replacement: while we ship out (at no cost to you) warrantied replacement parts right away without making you wait for us to receive the faulty part back first, we still require you to go ahead and ship us back the faulty part immediately after receiving your replacement. You may ship back to us via regular 1st class mail if you wish. *You can return any product you purchase from us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returns must be approved and an RMA number issued before the return is shipped back to us. The RMA issued is valid for 15 days. If the return is not received within 15 days the return will not be accepted. *Merchandise must be returned in the original shipping materials and in good condition. No credit and/or refund will be issued for used merchandise, other than the original starter kit and 2 filters. So please make sure you always keep the unit and package in good condition. *Note: When returning a starter kit, keep in mind we only allow customer two filters for trial and consumption. For instance, if you decided you wanted to return the Green Smoke starter kit (comes with 7 cartridges) but had already consumed 3 cartridges, we'll deduct 1 cartridge. We will not issue a refund for pieces not returned or used. Other vendors will outright refuse to refund the entire item, while we only take a small deduction from the item cost. Each cartridge used/kept will equal a $1 deduction. *All return merchandise with the RMA# will be issued a full refund on the merchandise. Shipping charge is non-refundable. *If your order shipped for free, a shipping charge of $7.95 will be assessed to your refund. Refunds will be processed through the original method of payment. Processing time is up to 7 business days from the day the return is accepted. *Failure to meet any of these requirements might result in a refusal to accept the return. |
